5. Javan Rhinoceros
The Javan Rhinoceros is the most endangered of the world's five rhinoceros species, with an estimated 40-60 animals remaining in Indonesia. Although now the animal is protected, there may not be a large enough breeding population to prevent this species from going extinct.
4. Polar Bear
Polar bears are in danger of going extinct due to global warming. The latest data from the IUCN Polar Bear Specialist Group show that 3 out of the 19 sub populations are in decline and there is a high estimated risk of future decline due to climate change.

The green turtle is one of the largest sea turtles and are in danger of going extinct. Green turtles are threatened to go extinct by the over harvesting of their eggs, hunting of adults and being caught in fishing hear.

The mountain gorilla is one of the most endangered gorilla species. The cause of this is due to detrimental human activity, such as poaching, diseases and habitat destruction

The giant Panda is among one of the world’s most endangered
animals, mostly located in South Central China. The main reason on why they
have dwindled in numbers is mainly due to their habitats being destroyed for
human purposes, thus reducing their food supplies, like bamboo.
