You shouldn’t drink alcohol as you may experience unpleasant signs the next morning such as vomiting, being thirsty, having a bad headache, muscle aches and dizziness. Some people enjoy it too much to cease consuming alcohol, even though they know what would happen, are you one of those people? In other words, hangovers are linked to your daily life as not showing up to work leads to loss of income. Without money, you are unable to provide food for yourself. Therefore, no rice no life.

Consuming alcohol continuously and endlessly may affect your health immensely, and may lead to fertility problems, brain disorders, unwanted weight gain, high blood pressure and even cancer. Whilst pregnant, alcohol may heavily affect and damage the fetus, causing birth defects, thus pregnant women should not drink at all. Unhealthy weight gain and high blood pressure may also occur as alcohol are made of sugar and starch and contains heaps of calories (approximately 7 calories a gram!) that are non-beneficial and have no nutritional value.
